Hyperion TIFF Import
Imports a folder containing Hyperion TIFF image bands and assembles them into an IDCubePro hyperspectral cube.
Overview
Imports a folder containing Hyperion TIFF image bands and assembles them into an IDCubePro hyperspectral cube.
Select the folder containing the Hyperion .tif or .tiff files.
TIFF filenames are naturally sorted before stacking.
Each TIFF plane is resized to the current IDCube tile resolution.
When the number of TIFF files matches the dedicated Hyperion calibration table, physical wavelengths are assigned.
The native Hyperion calibration includes VNIR/SWIR overlap and is not globally monotonic. IDCubePro sorts wavelengths ascending and reorders the corresponding image bands.
If the TIFF count does not match the Hyperion calibration table,
Workflow
1. Choose Import Hyperion TIFF.
2. IDCubePro sorts and loads all planes.
3. Hyperion wavelengths are assigned when possible.
4. Verify wavelength mode and image resolution.
