Security & Data Ownership

At HSpeQ, we understand that many IDCubeCloud users work with unpublished research, proprietary technologies, regulated data, and confidential business information. Protecting your data is one of our highest priorities.

Your Data Remains Yours

All datasets, images, metadata, reports, and other content uploaded to IDCubeCloud remain the property of the user or organization that uploaded them.

HSpeQ does not claim ownership of customer data and does not acquire any intellectual property rights to uploaded content.

Research Data Confidentiality

We recognize that uploaded datasets may contain unpublished research findings, proprietary information, trade secrets, or other confidential materials.

HSpeQ treats customer data as confidential and will not publish, distribute, sell, disclose, or otherwise use customer datasets except:

  • To provide requested services and platform functionality

  • To provide technical support when necessary

  • To comply with legal obligations

  • When explicitly authorized by the customer

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Customer datasets uploaded to IDCubeCloud are not used to train artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI systems without explicit written permission from the customer.

Secure Cloud Infrastructure

IDCubeCloud is hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS), a leading cloud infrastructure provider used by research institutions, universities, government organizations, and commercial enterprises worldwide.

Our platform utilizes secure cloud technologies for:

  • Data storage

  • Data processing

  • Backup and recovery

  • Authentication and access control

  • System monitoring

Security Measures

IDCubeCloud employs commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect customer information, including:

  • Encrypted HTTPS/TLS communications

  • Secure cloud storage

  • User authentication

  • Access controls and permissions

  • Routine system monitoring

  • Automated backups

While no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously work to maintain a secure and reliable environment for our users.

Access to Customer Data

Access to customer data is limited to authorized HSpeQ personnel and only when reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide technical support

  • Investigate service issues

  • Maintain platform functionality

  • Comply with legal requirements

All such access is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data Backups and Recovery

IDCubeCloud performs routine backups intended to protect against accidental data loss. However, users are encouraged to maintain independent copies of critical datasets.

Data Retention and Deletion

Customer datasets remain available while accounts are active and in good standing.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated datasets by contacting HSpeQ support. Following account termination, data may be retained for a limited period to support recovery requests and backup operations before permanent deletion.
