Imports Landsat 8 or Landsat 9 spectral TIFF bands from a folder and assembles them into an IDCubePro multispectral dataset.
IDCubePro identifies Landsat spectral bands from filenames containing QA, mask, angle, and metadata TIFF files are excluded automatically.
B1 440 nm Coastal aerosol Each detected band is resampled to the current IDCube tile resolution.
After loading, the dataset is sorted by physical center wavelength so spectral operations use an increasing wavelength axis.
Thermal bands are included when present. Their TIFF values may represent different physical scaling from reflective OLI bands depending on the source product.
Workflow
1. Choose Import Landsat 8/9.
2. Select the folder containing Landsat TIFF bands.
3. IDCubePro identifies spectral-band files.
4. Bands are resampled and assembled into one dataset.
5. Inspect band names and physical wavelengths.
