OME-TIFF Import
Imports OME-TIFF microscopy datasets and interprets multidimensional OME information when Bio-Formats is available.

Imports OME-TIFF microscopy datasets and interprets multidimensional OME information when Bio-Formats is available.
IDCubePro reads OME dimensions including X, Y, Z, channel, and time.
If the OME-TIFF contains multiple image series, IDCubePro lets you select the series to import.
Physical channel wavelengths are used when the metadata provide a complete and unique wavelength value for the imported channels.
If Bio-Formats is unavailable, IDCubePro reads TIFF pages using MATLAB TIFF functions and uses plane indices instead of full OME dimensional metadata.
Basic OME dimensional and channel metadata are preserved when available.
Workflow
1. Select the OME-TIFF file.
2. Select the image series if needed.
3. Choose Channels, Z, Time, or All planes.
4. Verify the resulting axis and metadata.
