Princeton SPE Import

Overview

Imports Princeton Instruments SPE image or spectral-image data Physical wavelength information returned by the SPE reader is used when it matches the third dimension.

If valid wavelength information is unavailable, IDCubePro uses Physical wavelengths are sorted ascending and the corresponding image bands are reordered together.

Workflow

1. Choose Import Princeton SPE.

2. IDCubePro loads the image and available spectral axis.

3. Inspect whether physical wavelengths or band indices were assigned.
