SensIR TIFF Stack Import

Overview

Imports a SensIR spectral TIFF stack into IDCubePro.

Requires the tifread() SensIR TIFF reader.

When tifread returns a valid spectral coordinate with one value per band, IDCubePro uses that coordinate and sorts it ascending.

If no valid spectral axis is returned, IDCubePro uses band indices 1:N.

Important

The native SensIR coordinate may represent wavelength, wavenumber, or another instrument-specific spectral coordinate.

For compatibility, IDCubePro stores this coordinate in the generic

Workflow

1. Choose Import SensIR TIFF Stack.

2. IDCubePro loads the datacube and spectral axis.

3. Confirm the physical meaning and units of the spectral coordinate.
